Saturday, November 8th from 10:00am -2:00pm. In case of severe weather, our rain date is Sunday, November 9th.
Residents will host their own yard sales at the homes in Grant Park!
How can I participate in the yard sale?
You can host a yard sale in your own yard! Your $15 registration fee secures your spot on the official event map. You’ll receive an official SHOP THE BLOCK yard sign from GPNA. You’re also encouraged to make your own signs to help direct shoppers. You must reside in Grant Park to participate.
What can I sell?
All items must be legal, safe, and family-friendly. No weapons, counterfeit goods, recalled products, food, or alcohol. But feel free to give away snacks and bevs for fun!
What about set-up and clean up?
Sales must take place on private property only (yard, porch, driveway). Do not set up on sidewalks or streets. Participants are responsible for their own tables, displays, cash/change, and digital payment options (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc. recommended). Keep walkways and driveways clear. Please be respectful to neighbors and shoppers.

This is a rain-or-shine event. In case of severe weather, the rain date is Sunday, November 9th. We will communicate any changes via email by 7:00 AM on event day.
