Social media challenges began nationwide last summer, and over the last few months it's happening in and around Grant Park. These challenges specifically target Kia and Hyundai cars manufactured in specific years. The Grant Park Security Patrol strongly recommends using steering wheel clubs to prevent more of these thefts. GPNA encourages joining the Grant Park Security Patrol, a 501(c)4 nonprofit corporation - which hires off-duty City of Atlanta police officers to patrol the streets of GP & supplement the regular patrols of APD.

Get your sunburst ... or one for a new neighbor! This symbol of the neighborhood has been quite popular through the years as evidenced by the number of them that you see hanging from Grant Park homes and businesses. Sunbursts are pre-painted and homeowners are encouraged to add their house numbers.
