• Agenda item #1 will be Z-21-282, a variance request at 520 Mead St to allow an addition for the existing home and to construct a detached garage.
 
  • Agenda item #2 is discussion of Z-21-73/21-O-0454, the proactive rezoning ordinance for R-4/R-5 to MR-MU in the 1/2 mile radius of MARTA rail stations. This ordinance has been delayed until early 2022, likely Feb/Mar. City Planning Commissioner Tim Keane has just informed us he is unable to attend tonight but will return at a later date.
 

The meeting will be held both in-person and online concurrently at the Atlanta Preservation Center (327 St. Paul Ave). In-person attendees are asked to wear masks.
