1. SAP-BL-20-022 this application is for a Special Administrative Permit (SAP). The site was rezoned to MRC-3 in 2019 and the project is consistent with this zoning district. The SAP process is the final zoning review prior to building permitting.
2. V-20-065 this is the application for the Variances for 460 Connally Street.
