At the Cafe, we honor each person and hold a space of deep trust in the nature of the human spirit.  We believe that healing is something that we do, not something that can be found in a pill or magic potion; it is a journey.  We are here to guide you to a better place in your life, and at the core of this, means freeing your nerve system from any interference that it is holding.

We currently have massage therapy and acupuncture sessions in the beautiful upstairs of the office in a peaceful setting with natural light.

We also offer several yoga classes Monday through Friday and even on Sunday. We also have a pilates class on Thursday morning.  Please refer to our online class schedule for details. www.comethrivewithme.com

Everything we offer can be specialized for expecting mothers, just let us know!
